Qʷayaćiik
When a couple return to their ancestral home in Nuu-chah-nulth territory, they must learn to protect their close neighbours —a pack of coastal wolves— from habituation and human-wolf conflicts.
A co-production with the National Film Board of Canada, Qʷayaćiik is a community-led project exploring ethical and non-invasive filmmaking techniques. We aim to contribute to the restoration of long-standing Nuu-chah-nulth traditional knowledge for place-based protection of coastal wolves.
Coming late 2026.
